If you’ve never heard of, or considered, coaching before then it may seem a bit daunting.  Let me start by explaining what coaching is NOT.

Coaching is not counselling

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching does not mean you will be given a solution

 

Coaching is simply a series of conversations that will allow the client (you!) to consider a different perspective to that which you currently have

Coaching allows you to work out which areas of your life you aren’t reaching your full potential within

Coaching sessions will generate an action plan to consistently provide clarity and  improve confidence, in a way that works for you
