Celebrate International Women's Day 2022 by supporting your female talent with some confidence building strategies

...from just £10 investment per person!

Not many people are aware that International Women's Day has been observed since 1911! The day marks a celebration of women, encouraging people to come together and campaign for gender equality.

Over the years there have been some phenomenal contributions to raising awareness towards this goal, and more and more organisations are getting involved to celebrate in creative ways.

Why do a Confidence Workshop?

So many organisations are keen to address gender diversity in leadership roles, especially since ministers raised the targets to 40% of boards in the UK to be female!

This increase in target has meant organisations need to be cultivating a pipeline of future leaders. The challenge that we see is that, so often, women don't have the confidence to put themselves forward for leadership roles.

What better way to empower your team of forward thinking, creative and valuable female employees than to share confidence building strategies that they can implement into any area of their lives?

Because, sometimes cake just doesn't cut it....

It can often be tricky to know what to do to celebrate IWD, and so often organisations can default to things like cupcakes or flowers.

Don't get me wrong - I am a huge cake lover, but through offering something more meaningful and lasting you can use this educational opportunity to really unearth some future leaders with heaps of unseen potential.

Tell me more about the workshop....

Our Confidence workshops are 60 minutes, and are designed to fit nicely into a lunch hour if this suits your organisations needs.

These workshops are being held between March 1st and March 10th 2022.

Held over Zoom, the workshop can be attended by up to 50 women. If you have a a larger female workforce than this, we can look to run multiple sessions to ensure everyone can attend.

The workshops are interactive, consisting of 40 minutes education, 10 minute breakout room and 10 minutes implementation and Q&A.

Each attendee will be given a digital workbook to print out and complete in their own time when they can reflect privately on what they have learned.
